Can you tell us about your business, Momentous Realty?
Momentous Realty is a people driven real estate brokerage and we believe in the biblical requirement of sowing and reaping; we are trusted advisors and not simply realtors submitting contracts on the behalf of clients. We delivering buyer/seller resources; educating the client throughout the process.
What do you consider the most important when interacting with affluent clients who are looking to sell or buy luxury listing?
In most cases, a home may be the biggest investment and asset of a client. So, listening attentively is the most important aspect when interacting with clients. Clients have a way of depicting their ideas, desires and expectations and as their Real Estate Advisor, it is imperative I am able to translate those requirements’ into identifying and developing marketing strategies for buyers and sellers of real estate. In most cases, intuition is my guide. How I connect with our clients as well and taking into consideration their lifestyle. Every client is a unique situation. Utilizing these soft skills along with my 25+ years of business acumen positions our clients with leverage throughout the negotiation process.
What advice do you have for agents trying to specialize in high end listing?
Be confident in your skillsets, master your craft and learn your marketplace. In addition, let integrity be your guide.
Tell us about HomePlace Rewards. Why did your company start this program?
We created the Atlanta HomePlace Rewards program to implement the process of giving back to our clients. The program offers buyers and sellers a 10 percent rebate and additional consumer discounts.
What has been your greatest achievement in your career of luxury real estate so far?
Simply, seeing the “happy-face” of our clients. We created a brokerage who are service driven stewards.
